UP TO SNUFF will be screened in Kansas City at the Cinemark Palace at the Plaza on April 13, as part of the Kansas City Film Festival. Filmmaker Mark Maxey will be attending and looks forward to returning to Kansas City for this amazing festival. Go Jayhawks!
