UP TO SNUFF's winning streak continued in Kansas, where it won Best Film at the Doc Sunback Film Festival. Mark Maxey, producer/director, was on hand for the screening and participated in a panel discussion with other filmmakers at the festival.There were a lot of talented filmmakers and winning best film was an honor for which UP TO SNUFF's producers are grateful.
